Amid accelerating digital transformation, the financial industry is demanding higher standards for data center stability, deployment efficiency, and energy performance. Recently, leveraging its EasiCloud Module C micro-modular data center solution, YMK successfully delivered a highly reliable, rapidly deployable, and intelligent computing infrastructure for a financial enterprise in Shaanxi. This project not only met the client’s stringent requirements for business continuity but also broke industry norms with its exceptional engineering capability—implementing a cooling pipeline with a single-direction length exceeding 90 meters. This achievement highlights YMK’s superior delivery strength in complex scenarios.

Financial IT systems demand extremely high standards for stability, security, and response time. Traditional data center construction involves prolonged deployment cycles, complex system integration, and high operational maintenance complexity, making it difficult to keep pace with rapidly evolving business needs. In this context, prefabricated, modular, and integrated micro-module data centers have become the preferred solution for financial clients building new computing infrastructure.

YMK EasiCloud Module C series modular data center, leveraging its "All-in-One" high-integration design philosophy, deeply integrates subsystems such as cabinets, power supply and distribution, cooling, and environmental monitoring. Prefabricated in the factory and rapidly assembled on-site, it significantly shortens deployment cycles and meets clients’ core demands for "rapid deployment and stable operation."
In this project, YMK delivered a comprehensive product portfolio including intelligent power distribution cabinets, modular UPS, lead-acid batteries, server cabinets, hot-aisle containment systems, in-row air conditioners, and a micro-module DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) system. This end-to-end solution empowers the client to achieve full autonomous control—from power backup to cooling management—within the data center infrastructure.
The most challenging technical highlight of this project lies in the ultra-long-distance deployment of the cooling system. Due to architectural constraints, the single-direction length of the refrigerant piping between the in-row air conditioning units and the outdoor condensers exceeded 90 meters, far surpassing the recommended 30–50 meter installation distance for conventional air conditioning systems. Such extended piping not only introduces significant challenges like pressure drop and oil return issues but also leads to reduced cooling efficiency, increased compressor load, and even potential system failures.

Confronting this challenge, YMK leveraged its HyperFlow intelligent fluid stability control system and proven technical expertise to ensure stable and efficient operation of the refrigeration system under ultra-long piping conditions. This was achieved through optimized pipeline routing design, the use of large-diameter copper pipes, integration of high-efficiency oil return devices, and intelligent pressure compensation control strategies.
This implementation case is exceptionally rare within the industry and fully demonstrates YMK’s capability to adapt systems to complex engineering environments and deliver solutions with high reliability.
